We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated HSE Manager for our new project at the Grandpuits site.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the management of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) throughout all phases of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and implement HSE policies and procedures on site.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular HSE audits, analyze potential risks, and implement preventive measures to reduce accidents and injuries.
- Manage emergency situations and risks, providing continuous training and awareness to the team.
- Collaborate with the project team and key stakeholders to promote a safety culture throughout all operations.
- Monitor HSE performance and prepare periodic reports for management and relevant authorities.
- Ensure the management and proper application of environmental regulations on site, promoting sustainable practices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the same role, preferably in industrial and/or Oil & Gas contexts.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and international best practices.
- Professional certifications in safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OHSAS 18001).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and, preferably, French.
